I’m Cyndi.

The Founder Behind Echoes Therapy Services.

I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience supporting young children and their families through meaningful, individualized speech and language therapy. With a strong clinical background in early childhood development, I specialize in helping children build clear, confident communication skills while honoring each child’s unique strengths, culture, and learning style.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children presenting with speech sound disorders, language delays, reduced intelligibility, oral-motor challenges, and bilingual language development. I have a particular passion for working with children who have “so much to say,” but struggle to make themselves understood. My approach focuses on strengthening the foundations of speech and language while keeping therapy engaging, functional, and developmentally appropriate.

I believe that effective therapy goes beyond drills—it’s rooted in connection, play, and collaboration. I partner closely with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure skills practiced in sessions carry over into everyday life. I also place a strong emphasis on caregiver education, empowering families with practical strategies they can use at home.

My clinical style blends evidence-based practice with warmth, patience, and a deep respect for each child’s journey. My goal is always the same: to help children communicate with confidence and feel successful being themselves
